Definitions
The
following defined terms are used throughout this Privacy Policy. Familiarity with these definitions will help you understand precisely how your personal data is handled by wak189.

- Identity Verification (KYC): To verify your identity and age prior to processing your first withdrawal, as required by our international licensing obligations and AML compliance framework. (Legal Obligation)

Data Sharing

- KYC Verification Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following successful verification or account closure, whichever is later.
- Customer Support Communications: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of the last communication in a support thread, to enable effective dispute resolution.
- Technical and Usage Data: Retained in identifiable form for a maximum of thirteen (13) months, after which it is aggregated and anonymized for statistical analysis purposes.
- Marketing Preferences and Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your membership, and for a further three (3) years following account closure, to demonstrate consent compliance.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized in accordance with wak189's data destruction policy. Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and product development purposes, as it can no longer be used to identify you.

Data Security

Your Rights
wak189 respects your rights over your Personal Data. As a Member, you are entitled to exercise the following rights at any time:

- Right to Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten"): You may request the deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you have withdrawn consent (and no other legal basis applies), or where processing is unlawful. International Data Transfers

Third-Party Links

Changes to This Privacy Policy
